HR Cost Controller Junior (M/F) – Parma – Crédit Agricole Italia
Crédit Agricole Italia is looking for talented individuals to join the HR department.
Job Description
Following the mission below, the role will support the cost control of personnel.
Mission
Graduates in economics, law or business, with enthusiasm, resilience and a passion for people and numbers, are the right fit for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor travel expenses and reimbursements of employees.
Maintain summary orders and budgets.
Calculate, enter and manage spending orders.
Administer passive electronic invoicing.
Provide administrative-accounting support to the team.
Part of an international group focused on innovation, sustainability and human potential.
Availability
Full-time.
Selection Process
CV review, brief phone interview, online logical-attitudinal test, followed by further interviews.

Qualifications
Academic background: bachelor/bsc or higher in economics, law or business management.
Preferred: study abroad or experience in multinational environments.
Required skills: strong organization and planning, initiative, relationship orientation, precision, confidentiality.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
English B2 and/or French B2.
Duration
6 months, with possibility for management development.
