As an HR Business Partner at Gate youll be the strategic connector between people and business growth. This role goes beyond traditional HRits about driving talent strategies that accelerate expansion across Europe shaping a culture that thrives in a start-up environment and ensuring operational excellence as we scale. Youll work closely with leadership to translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives champion change and a workplace where innovation and agility are the norm.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Gate leadership to align HR initiatives with business growth and expansion goals.
Drive talent acquisition strategies to support scaling operations and entry into new markets.
Develop workforce planning and succession strategies for critical roles in a growing organization.
Support organizational change initiatives including new systems processes and cultural integration.
Monitor employee engagement and implement programs that foster retention and high performance.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws while harmonizing HR practices across multiple countries (Italy France and Germany) with further expansion opportunities.
Provide data-driven insights and HR analytics to inform strategic decisions on growth and workforce optimization.
Support with operational tasks.

Essentials

At least 7 years of experience as an HRBP in dynamic and complex environments (ideally a combination of start-up and structured companies).
Strong knowledge of Italian labour laws and employee relations practices.
Proven experience in strategic HR management and business transformation.
Ability to translate business strategy into HR initiatives.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and scalability.
Ability to operate with agility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
Ability to work independently without the support of a local HR team.
Fluent in Italian and English.
