HR Business Partner – DHL Supply Chain

We are looking for an HR Business Partner in Lombardia.
In this HR Business Partner role you will:
Daily management of the HR operations, acting as the interface towards the business.
Manage employees on HR matters and Industrial Relations topics.
Manage day‑to‑day HR activities and team needs.
Work closely with L&D on Leadership Empowerment.
Facilitate the implementation of special projects for the business environment by supporting Line Managers and the HR team.
Support business‑related organizational changes, mitigate people‑related risks, and assist with cost optimisation.
Organise and manage internal and external recruiting processes and induction for new employees.
Deliver HR plans, policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the VP Director to solve HR issues, identify countermeasures or propose solutions.
What we need from you
At least 3 years of experience as an HR Planning or HR Business Partner in a multinational or complex manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Law or Economics.
Strong experience in Industrial Relations.
Leadership attitude and ability to work independently with full autonomy.
Strong interpersonal relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Attitudes towards negotiation and leading projects and people.
English (fluent).
