For an important International Group (Food industry) based in Vicenza area we are looking for a proactive and business-oriented HR BUSINESS PARTNER (HRBP)
Overview
Role supporting key areas such as performance management, talent acquisition, compensation compliance, and organizational development. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring that people strategies effectively support business objectives while fostering a high-performance and engaging work culture.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
Drive and coordinate the performance management cycle, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and business goals.
Support managers in setting objectives, evaluating performance, and providing developmental feedback.
Promote a culture of accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Ensure the correct implementation of corporate compensation and benefits policies.
Monitor compliance with established frameworks and practices defined at the corporate level.
Provide guidance to managers to ensure consistency and fairness in application.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure an effective and timely recruitment process.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer and onboarding.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support current and future business needs.
Organizational Development & Employee Engagement
Support organizational development initiatives and change management projects.
Design and implement local employee engagement strategies to strengthen motivation, collaboration, and retention.
Contribute to the creation and delivery of training and development programs.
Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging work environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Labor Law, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
Proven experience in performance management, recruitment, and HR process implementation.
Solid understanding of corporate HR policies and their local execution.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to design and deliver local engagement and organizational initiatives.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
