HR BUSINESS PARTNER
Posizione

The HR Business Partner, under the supervision of the HR Director, will :

Provide guidance and advice to employees supporting their performance and development;
Plan and monitor KPIs;
Monitor all phases of the recruitment, selection and evaluation process;
Take ownership of the Executive Search activities for highly skilled profiles;
Participate in international HR activities.

Requisiti

Proven experience in similar roles;
Excellent communication and relational skills;
Experience with conflict resolution.

The profile is completed by :

Fluent knowledge of the English language;
University degree in Business / Law;
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
Precision and discretion;
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
