Job Summary
The HR Administrator, a member of our People and Culture Team, provides comprehensive administrative and operational HR support across multiple Countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This role is responsible for managing payroll, workforce reporting and personnel‑related activities ensuring compliance with Country‑specific legislation and requirements. The position requires strong attention to detail, cross‑cultural and cross‑functional communication skills and a desire to develop within international HR practices. This essential member will also collaborate/lead global initiatives which contribute to enhancing our team member experience.
Job Responsibilities

Maintains accurate and up‑to‑date employees’ records, ensuring punctual alignment with HR US;
Prepares employment contracts, offer letters, promotion letters and other documentation for international hires/employees;
Coordinates with local payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll, national tax & social contribution processing, in accordance with local employment legislation;
Manages the salary payment process for all employees in Europe;
Prepares HR reports related to headcount and other HR metrics;
Supports the EMEA HR Leader with ad‑hoc EMEA and global activities and projects;
Serves as the first point of contact for HR‑admin inquiries from international employees;
Supports yearly salary review process;
Accommodates audits and reporting requests;
Processes the incentives for the sales force and local commercial teams in some Countries of EMEA;
Maintains up‑to‑date Company cars fleet records;
Other tasks and projects as assigned;

You Bring

Bachelor’s degree preferred;
4+ years experience working within Human Resources;
2+ years of experience in Payroll Administration required;
Experience with HRIS platforms, reporting including intranet tools and internal communication platforms strongly preferred;

Skills, Abilities and Knowledge

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail;
Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and HRIS platforms;
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively;
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
Detail‑oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records and data;
Adaptable to change in the work environment, is a Change Agent;
Willingness to develop, is self‑aware and open to feedback;
Customer focused with professional presence along with having confidence and comfort responding to inquiries;
