Are you an experienced HR professional ready to elevate your career? We’re looking for an HR Administration Specialist who can bring reliability, organization, and a proactive mindset to support and optimize our daily HR operations. With your solid background in HR administration and ability to manage multiple priorities, you will help ensure smooth processes and a positive employee experience.
What you’ll do

Prepare contracts for employees (new hires, terminations, level changes, job role changes, etc.)
Organize, update, and maintain internal databases with accuracy and confidentiality
Input and manage data in the HR Software (new hires, resignations, approvers for time off, sick leave, etc.)
Oversee occupational safety and health activities, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
Manage monthly meal ticket allocation, including counting and verifying correct distribution
Check and validate employee absences and supporting documentation on a monthly basis
Respond to employees’ HR-related queries with clarity and empathy
Prepare ad hoc reports and support on specific projects when needed
Contribute to the development of HR best practices aimed at improving payroll and administrative processes
Stay updated on labor law and regulatory changes, sharing relevant updates internally

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in HR Administration (3-6 years)
Strong interest in HR Admin topics and sound knowledge of Italian labor legislation
Fluency in both Italian and English
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
Ability to manage sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality
Excellent communication skills and empathy, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships both inside and outside the team
Proactive, open-minded, and eager to work in a multicultural environment
Knowledge of HRIS tools is a strong plus
