DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE
We are looking for an HR ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST to support the Administration and Payroll Team in the management and processing of salaries starting from the coding sheets presence fulfill the legal duties, tax and social security regarding personnel administration.
MAIN ACTIVITIES

management office staff attendance and support to colleagues
management store personnel attendance and store manager support
management maternity leave, special leave , Law 104
management injury management
management Anf (family allowance)
management of deductions ' tax
support the processing and control salary check for areas of expertise
management data for the purposes of ' processing model and the model 770 Cud
management of mandatory employment communications

REQUIREMENTS

2–3 years of experience in payroll processing
Knowledge of labour contract
Good knowledge of English
Office Suite, in particular Excel
Team Building

Adaptability

WORK LOCATION

Limena (PD)
Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period
