Job descriptionING Bank Italy is looking for an HR Administration Stageur who will join the HR Department in our Office in Milan.You will have the opportunity to be part of an international environment and experience our HR Operational evolution both from a digital perspective as well as an organizational one.More specifically, you will be able to contribute and support the following areas (but not limited to):Support the final implementation of a Digital Signature / Documentation process and promote fine tuning e.g. on processes SLA / rules of engagement / roles & responsibilities; to ensure efficiency, sustainability, and overall functionality from a user experience perspective.Support the final implementation of a New Orga Chart Tool : you will provide support to ensure the progress of the new tool implementation, closely with the HR team as well as the Tech area to ensure a final go-live and positive functioning and output.Driving HR Data and Data Quality : you will need to explore the functioning of the current HRM platform, and considering the overall requirements, to support the evolving needs of the various departments within HR in order to drive forward required activities from a data perspective as well as the creation of further HR metrics and data points.IHRMS transformation : general support to the project related to the future implementation of Workday.HR Admin Services : you will provide support in the organizational analysis of key areas within the HR Administration area, in order to promote top level employee experience, operational excellence, data management, and innovation, within and across processes, data driven drivers, new internal procedures.In addition to the HR Administration activities, you will also have the opportunity to support and contribute to other HR processes, initiatives or projects as much as feasible to develop as an HR professional.RequirementsBachelor or Master\'s degree in economics, HR, or STEM disciplinesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point mandatory )Fluent in Italian and in EnglishProactive approachAnalytical skills with close attention to detailsCollaborative attitudeResults driven and problem solver mentalityPrevious experience in a similar role will be a plusInternational background and experience, i.e. Erasmus, will be a plusDuration6 monthsLocationMilan
