What youll bring to the teamMerlin Entertainments is expanding its Hotel Revenue Management team and is looking for a talented dynamic and datadriven Hotel Revenue Manager to join the European team. This exciting role focuses primarily on Gardaland Resort one of our flagship European destinations and offers a fantastic opportunity to shape the revenue strategy for Merlins growing hotel portfolio across Europe. This role can be based either in Italy or UK.Success in this role requires a keen analytical mindset and a deep understanding of market dynamics. You will monitor key performance indicators competitor pricing and local demand drivers making continuous adjustments to exceed financial targets. Additionally you will optimise distribution strategies across direct and thirdparty channels while leveraging PMS revenue management tools and data analytics.
