Hotel Relationship Manager
We are seeking a Hotel Relationship Manager to oversee and support a portfolio of hotels across Southern Europe. The role is focused on maximizing partner satisfaction, strengthening day-to-day relationships and driving revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building.
Main Responsibilities
To maximize partner satisfaction by identifying and addressing concerns in a timely manner, thus maintaining strong relationships with hotel partners.
To strengthen day-to-day relationships with hotel partners and drive revenue growth through effective communication.
To develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
To collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination between all departments.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role or industry with a proven track record of success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with hotel partners.
Ability to problem-solve and analyze situations to find effective solutions.
A degree in a related field such as Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
