Anticipated start date January - February 2026Join as Operations Manager (with the planned scope to transition into Hotel General Manager) where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, and ensure exceptional guest experience and the efficient functioning across all departments. You will work closely with the department heads in Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and other operational areas as well as TUI Head Office to maintain high service standards, optimize revenue, and uphold brand values.

Reporting during the transition year to the owner and coordinating the refurbishment and re branding with the TUI corporate office.About YouProven experience in hotel operations/general management or similar hospitality management role, preferably within a fast-paced hotel environment.Previous experience in new hotel openings and/or major refurbishments, with a proven ability to set up operations, recruit and train teams, and launch successfully.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, and corporate stakholders.Able to inspire confidence and influence change.Strong financial and commercial acumen.In-depth understanding of hotel management systems and operational processes.Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.Strong organizational and communication skills.Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure.Strong written and verbal English is required for this role.
