Join Starhotels and become part of our Hotel Splendid Venice in the heart of Venezia.As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for leading the effective daily operational management of the hotel services. You will supervise and coordinate the Heads of Department to drive efficiency, achieve revenue targets, and enhance guest satisfaction.Your responsibilities include:Supporting the General Manager to drive the team and daily operations to provide memorable customer experiences and meet targets.Addressing customer concerns and fostering a service recovery culture to promote loyalty.Assisting in developing hotel budgets and strategic goals.Providing leadership to ensure targets are met while maintaining high engagement and motivation.Planning and coordinating service delivery across departments to exceed guest expectations.Controlling costs and analyzing results to improve efficiencies.Holding regular meetings with the HOD team to share guidance and improve staff and customer experiences.Exceed expectations by demonstrating:A unique personality and passion for hospitality.A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.Background in Food and Beverage and Room Division Management.Experience managing budgets, revenue, and forecasting.Knowledge of hotel property management systems (Opera preferred).Strong leadership and inclusive management style.Problem-solving skills and proactivity.Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.Language requirements:Italian – fluentlyEnglish – fluentlyAdditional languages are a plus.Benefits include:Exclusive discounted stays within the group.Ticket Restaurants for dining.Performer Management Program.Growth opportunities include:Career advancement.An attractive compensation package based on experience.The chance to be part of an ambitious, caring organization.
