You’ll handle orders, communicate clearly with the kitchen, manage timing, and ensure perfect presentation—making sure every element of service is smooth, polished, and aligned with our standards.Team Collaboration: Are you a reliable link between guests, kitchen, and team? You’ll work hand-in-hand with commis, sommeliers, and fellow waitstaff, supporting each other to deliver exceptional service. When the pressure rises, you keep your cool—and lift the team with you.Attention to Detail: Do you notice the little things others might miss? From perfect table settings to refilling glasses before guests ask, you’ll anticipate needs and maintain high standards throughout the entire service. Precision and discretion are part of your natural rhythm.Upselling & Guest Experience: Can you enhance the experience with subtle suggestions?
