Assistant to the General Manager (Bar Supervisor)
YellowSquare Milan is looking for a Bartender Supervisor – better known as our Square Deputy – the right hand of our General Manager. YellowSquare isn’t just a hostel chain: it’s a growing network of social spaces in Rome, Milan, Florence, and Athens, where travelers and locals alike can connect.

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager, supervising bar operations and ensuring smooth service.
Manage staff and support day‑to‑day bar operations.
Maintain a welcoming and efficient environment for guests.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in hospitality or bartending preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, chaotic environment.

Compensation

Base pay: €24,000 gross per year (CCNL Turismo – 3rd level).
Bonus up to €1,200.
