OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly organised Hospitality Manager to oversee the full banquet operations of a prestigious and luxury palace setting. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, ensuring all events run seamlessly and guest experiences exceed expectations.Position and responsibilities-focused: oversee banquet operations in a luxury palace setting and lead a high-performing team.ResponsibilitiesManage the hiring, training, scheduling, and performance of banquet service staff.Plan and execute special events in coordination with the Executive Chef and Facility Manager.Maintain the highest standards in food quality, guest service, hygiene, and safety.Conduct daily briefings and regular performance reviews.Lead by example and foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professionalism.Ensure compliance with all operational SOPs, local regulations, and palace protocols.Maintain accurate stock inventories and manage departmental reporting.Support continuous improvement in service delivery and guest satisfaction.QualificationsMinimum secondary education required; relevant hospitality diploma or degree preferred.Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, 5-star hotels, palaces, or high-end banqueting.Strong knowledge of F&B service styles including synchronized and mirror service.Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.High emotional intelligence, team spirit, and the ability to work under pressure.Familiarity with OHS, food safety, hygiene regulations, and luxury service protocols.Salary: From €6000 P / MAdditional InformationThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of an elite hospitality team delivering world-class service in a unique cultural setting.
