The simplicity of the process, as well as the use of readily available off-the-shelf equipment, opens the way for Energy Dome to quickly become an important player in the energy storage market.Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist with minimum experience in the role and a deep desire to actively contribute to the energy transition industry.Responsibilities include:Managing Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety management systemsSupporting the Employer, RSPP, and Doctor in ensuring compliance with DVR, Health Protocol, and Health and Safety training plans.Enrolling employees in safety courses based on job risk levels and monitoring their validity.Verifying legal compliance related to physical assets (offices, plants, etc.) in collaboration with the Employer and RSPP.Conducting workplace inspections to identify immediate risks and coordinating risk mitigation actions.Ensuring proper waste management in the industrial sector with sector specialists.Managing quality issues in projects, including validation of new suppliers, performance monitoring, and updating vendor ratings.Collaborating with technical teams to develop quality control plans and assisting contractors in quality control phases.Preparing and maintaining the order quality book with operational records.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in scientific or management fields.1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Equipment Manufacturers or EPC Contractors in Renewable, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Generation markets.Fluency in Italian and professional English.Energy Dome is a young, fast-growing company offering professional development opportunities, training programs, and a vibrant, inclusive work environment that fosters creativity and innovation.We are committed to non-discrimination and encourage all qualified individuals to apply.
