Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities.SummaryIn this position, you will be responsible for Market Access, Reimbursement and Policy strategies for Italy across the Vantive portfolio.You'll create and execute Market Access strategies (including policy, reimbursement and HTA) across Italy, contributing to strategic and business planning activities.You'll represent the voice of non-clinical stakeholders, establish access and evidence requirements for successful new product development and introduction in coordination with the Senior Director HEMAR EMEA and the global HEMAR team.This position reports directly to the Senior Director HEMAR EMEA and will collaborate closely with multiple internal partners and stakeholders, including the global and regional access teams, regional Marketing teams, Sales leadership, and Medical Affairs.What you'll be doingLead HEMAR Strategy (including policy, reimbursement, and HTA) for the Vantive portfolio across Italy.Focus on improving Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) penetration across regions in collaboration with local teams. Support on the Acute business as needed.Responsible for economic evidence generation and dissemination to payers and providers, including building capability across the commercial (evidence-based selling) and Medical Affairs organization.Provide geography-specific intelligence, working as a strategic partner for new product launches, value propositions (including non-clinical stakeholder dimension), and value-based pricing.What you'll bringStrong understanding of the local healthcare environment (including reimbursement, policy, and HTA) across Italy.Ability to develop strategies for market access and adoption of therapies, specifically PD.Provide inputs for new product development, lifecycle management, licensing, and acquisition.Support the execution of commercial strategies with global, regional, and country partners.Understand commercial financial data, KPIs, and trends impacted by market access, funding, and reimbursement.Work with cross-functional teams to develop goals and plans.Shape innovation strategies to optimize value, access, and adoption.Assess and plan for potential value propositions and TPPs for NPD to enhance market access and adoption.Experience RequirementsAdvanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD) in health economics, HTA, or statistics.Proven experience in market access across Italy.At least 2 years of experience in at least two of the following areas: Health Economics and Outcomes Research, HTA, Market Access, Real World Evidence.Minimum of 7 years in health economics and market access.Vantive has discovered incidents of employment scams involving fraudulent parties posing as Vantive employees or recruiters.
