Help Desk Specialist – Categorie Protette L. 68/99 (ID-101135)
AFOL Milano - Agenzia per la formazione, l'orientamento e il lavoro is looking for a protected category employee (L.68/99) to serve as Help Desk Specialist in an organization that provides digital solutions for the healthcare sector.
Location: Milano
Contract type: Apprendistato, Stage, T. Det, T. Ind
Work Hours: Full time or Part time (36H) – CCNL commercio e servizi
Salary: €24.000
Responsibilities:

Provide first‑level support to users of the company's software systems.
Conduct an initial analysis of reported issues (hardware and software).
Interact with the client via phone or e‑mail to provide initial assistance or gather additional information.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams.
Ensure accurate tracking of actions in the company issue‑tracking system.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

High school diploma (computer specialist preferred).
Good knowledge of PC, Microsoft Office, and Linux.
Preferably at least two years’ experience in a similar role.
Problem‑solving attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to help clients.
Organisational skills.

If you have limited experience, the company may offer an initial stage aimed at learning the role.
