The role involves leading the mechanical design team and designing innovative, high-performance motorcycle helmets. Ideal candidates will have at least 7 years of mechanical design experience and excellent CAD skills, specifically with NX or CATIA. A degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics is required, along with team leadership capabilities and fluency in English. Business trips may be required.
