If you have relevant experience we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities : Propose a governance framework for health workforce planning in line with EU and international benchmarks. Deliver recommendations on institutional coordination, data governance, and stakeholder engagement. Support inter-sectoral dialogue and alignment with public administration and education ministries. Contribute to strategic reform documents and policy roadmaps.Qualifications : Degree in public health, public administration, or governance. 8+ years’ experience in governance reform, particularly in health or social policy sectors. Experience advising ministries or working with inter-institutional platforms. Proven ability to work with complex stakeholder landscapes.
