For our dynamic growing, innovative Brands division within an already established big generic International pharmaceutical company, we are looking for an experienced Medical Affairs field professional who dares to look outside the clear-cut frames of a common big pharma MSL job and who wants to operate in an autonomous entrepreneurial way.You will join a team of 3 Medical Managers in Italy, responsible for the Medical Affairs strategy and execution of medical projects. You will also provide Medical Affairs support to Sales and Marketing colleagues, with a demonstrable affinity for identifying commercial opportunities.You live in Italy and speak English, facilitating communication with the European Management team, located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. You will report to the Lead Medical Managers Europe.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute Medical Affairs strategies and scientific projects, including publications and advisory boards.Identify and foster peer-to-peer relationships with country KOLs and other influencers, utilizing evidence-based information.Support business activities related to Odomzo (sonidegib) for locally advanced basal cell carcinoma in Italy.Build links with national, regional, and local networks in Derma-oncology and future therapeutic areas.Communicate emerging data to experts and respond to healthcare professional inquiries.Assist colleagues in organizing HCP events by providing medical content support.Qualifications:Graduate or postgraduate (bio)medical/scientific degree.Minimum 3 years of experience as an MSL or Medical Manager in the innovative pharmaceutical industry.At least 1 year of experience in a commercial function within the pharmaceutical industry.Native Italian speaker and fluent in English.Desirable Skills:Experience in Dermatology or Oncology.Knowledge of regulatory environment and compliance.Creative and positive mindset towards challenges.
