Loquis is the world’s first podcasting platform for geolocated audio content, redefining how people discover places through storytelling. With thousands of audio guides and local narratives, Loquis blends travel, culture, and technology into a unique mobile and web experience.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced and data-driven Head of Head of UX to take full ownership of the Loquis user experience across all platforms : mobile apps (iOS and Android), web app, and internal dashboards. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will be at the intersection of design, product, and data.You will lead the continuous evolution of our interfaces with the goal of improving usability, increasing user adoption, and boosting customer retention. You’ll do this by working closely with product managers, developers, UI experts while we will ask you to take care of data analysis - a critical know-how we do strongly require - building hypotheses, running experiments, and validating decisions through analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve the UX strategy across all Loquis platforms and touchpointsAnalyze user behaviors using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar to identify pain points and opportunities.Design and run UX / UI experiments to test hypotheses and optimize user journeys.Collaborate with developers and product managers to implement improvements in a rapid and iterative way.Establish and monitor key UX metrics to inform priorities and measure the impact of design changes.Advocate for user-centered design culture throughout the company.Interact with business owners and sales teams.Define, oversee and monitor tests and experiments.About YouProven experience as a UX Manager, Lead UX Designer, or similar role, ideally in a product-led tech company.Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, interaction design, and UI principles.Experience working with analytics and data to inform design decisions.Comfortable managing multiple platforms (mobile, web, dashboard) and switching context as needed.Ability to balance long-term UX vision with short-term business goals.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Very) Nice to HaveExperience with audio-based or location-aware products.Background in psychology, cognitive science, or human-computer interaction.Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.Why Join UsBe part of a growing, mission-driven company that’s transforming travel and storytelling.Lead the UX evolution of a unique product with global ambitions.Collaborate with a passionate, cross-functional team that values creativity and experimentation.
