This is not a passive support job — you will be the trading brain behind our customer success engine. What You Need to Bring:Advanced knowledge of trading (Forex/CFDs/Crypto)Strong understanding of prop firm structure (challenges, funding models, etc.)Experience using or managing MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) platformsAbility to evaluate trade histories, verify account breaches, and explain decisionsLeadership experience (ideally led support or ops teams before)High stress tolerance and proactive mindset — you step in, not back, when things go wrong
