What Will You Do
Lead and inspire the womenswear styling team to produce elevated, brand-aligned styling for e-commerce.
Manage daily styling operations, including creative review, scheduling, prioritization, and workflow optimization.
Maintain and evolve styling guidelines and visual standards that reflect luxury positioning and seasonal trends.
Ensure styling consistency and excellence across all categories and outputs.
Provide regular training, feedback, and mentorship to styling team members, fostering creativity and professional development.
Act as key liaison between the styling team and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and efficient processes.
Who You Are
Minimum 8 years of experience in fashion styling, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced studio or fashion production environment.
