OverviewWe are looking for a curious and performing Head of Sales based in Madrid who guides and supports the sales team and is responsible for defining and implementing the sales strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with senior decision-makers at enterprise companies to position Contents’ valueOwn and drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solutioning, closing, and upsellingIdentify client needs and collaborate internally to shape custom solutionsMaintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline forecasting and CRM documentationNurture and expand relationships with key accountsStay aligned with trends in eCommerce, digital marketing, SaaS and content operationsContribute to the refinement of sales processes and go-to-market strategyJoin Us If7+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, cloud, marketing technology, or eCommerce solutionsEntrepreneurial mindset, results-driven and client-obsessedStrong understanding of enterprise marketing workflows, content governance, and SaaS modelsProven ability to engage and influence C-level executivesComfortable using data and analytics to build business cases and support client decisionsSelf-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skillsFluent in Spanish, with an excellent command of English (written and spoken)Experience managing or mentoring a commercial team is a strong plusWhy do you apply?Young, dynamic, and proactive working environment.Hybrid work.
