OverviewThe Head of Sales Italy is a key position that will lead Dailymotion expansion in the Italian market. Reporting to VP EMEA Sales you will be identifying strategic opportunities to grow Dailymotion footprint. Establishing and fostering relationships at all levels of seniority, you will create strong ties with agencies and develop a firm understanding of Dailymotion offering across the market.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify new opportunities for revenue growthDefine and implement the sales strategy for agencies and advertisers in the Italian marketManage, evaluate, and arbitrate among the existing partnerships for efficiency and ROIProspect, negotiate and sign new partnerships with Trading Desks, Media Agencies, Advertisers & other relevant demand sourcesEffectively manage sales activity of your portfolioProvide market analysis and identify key actors for video advertisingContribute to organization and development of larger strategic partnerships (Ad operations, contents, programmatic partnerships, etc.)Reporting and forecasting of the monthly resultsHire and build a strong team of sellers according to the increased demandRepresent the Dailymotion brand locally and in the industry events
QualificationsBachelor or master’s degreeAt least 8 years of experience in the Advertising industry; video and content focus greatly preferredStrong understanding of the Digital advertising industryUnderstanding of programmatic ecosystem is a mustAbility to develop strong and lasting relationships with agencies and clientsProven track record of meeting and exceeding quotaFluent in Italian and EnglishAbility to travelA network of contacts within agencies & advertisers in ItalyStrong communication skillsExperience in any digital advertising company is a plusTenacity, passionate, thoroughAbility to think outside the box and come up with solutions on their feetMastery of ppt, xls, and comprehensive understanding of industry measurement tools such as Nielsen, Moat, etc.Experience with KPI AnalysisTeam player, open to collaborative sales process. Works well with marketing, research, ad ops, and account management to deliver excellent proposals and timely responses to clients
