With a team of 50 programmers, developers and digital experts based in Laives, Trento, Hamburg, and Halle (Saale), we support international companies on their digital journey. As a technology partner, we develop tailor‑made B2C and B2B e‑commerce solutions, interfaces, plugins, PIM systems and integrated software solutions.
To further drive our growth in the DACH region, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial‑mindset Head of Sales (m/f/d).
YOUR TASKS
Develop and implement the sales strategy for the DACH region and actively drive growth
Successfully position our services within the B2B SME sector
Build and expand networks for customer acquisition and represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and events
Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring an efficient and customer‑focused process
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify and leverage new opportunities
Lead, motivate and develop the sales team while ensuring performance and results
Take full responsibility for revenue, forecasting and reporting to the management team

YOUR PROFILE
Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the digital sector
Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Strong understanding of sales processes, KPIs and data‑driven decision‑making
Excellent communication skills and confident presence when engaging with key decision‑makers
Analytical and strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on approach
High self‑motivation, entrepreneurial thinking and passion for growth
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; Italian is an advantage
