With offices in Milan and Berlin, our diverse team of 20+ nationalities serves banks, FinTechs, and credit brokers across Europe.We're seeking a Head of Operations to translate company strategy into actionable operational plans, drive execution, monitor performance, and deliver operational analysis to ensure efficiency and impact.You: bring a solid track record in operational leadership roles within FinTech (or tech/scale-ups), possess strong data-driven, analytical, and decision-making skills, with professional proficiency in English and Italian.Prestatech is transforming financial decisioning through our innovative technology. Founded in 2021 by successful entrepreneurs who previously built and exited Prestacap to PE investors. We've raised €8M to expand our intelligent document processing and transaction analysis solutions across Italy, Germany, UK, and USA.We’re now looking for a hands-on, outcome-driven Head of Operations (m/f/d) with fintech experience who is eager to scale processes, teams, and impact. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to turn strategy into execution, drive operational excellence across functions, and help shape the next growth chapter of Prestatech.Core ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage day-to-day operations across client portfolio (reporting, support, change requests and account management)Oversee and manage POCs, new client launches and integrationsOversee and manage certifications, penetration tests and contract renewals processesDefine, monitor, and continuously improve KPIs, processes, and scalabilityLead the Operations teamsPartner with the Founders to define the operational roadmapFoster a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and innovation across the companyRequirements3-5 years of professional experience, track record in Operational leadership roles within FinTech or Banking ideally in startups, scaleups, or consultingA hands-on problem solver who enjoys finding efficient ways to improve processes — or better yet, automating them using no-code and low-code toolsStrong analytical and logical thinking: you can frame challenges clearly when engaging with stakeholders and reimagine existing processes to drive efficiency or solve problemsA quantitative mindset with solid proficiency in spreadsheets such as Google Sheets or ExcelA true team player: while you value deep focus time, you also thrive on collaboration and supporting colleagues to achieve shared goalsOrganized, detail-oriented, and curious, always eager to learn and improveA hunter mindset: resourceful, persistent, and always able to find a way forwardProfessional proficiency in English and ItalianDon’t tick every single box?
