To lead our Italian Operations team, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing and optimizing our operations to support continued business growth.You will lead the Operations department and be a member of our Country Management team, working with senior leaders to deliver long-term business strategies.What is your role?Develop and implement multi-year plans for operations, anticipating challenges and opportunities, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategy.Lead teams, oversee operations activities, and build strong relationships with internal clients.Manage and report on the performance of a diverse team of about 70 people, including 5 direct reports.Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and promote a safety-first culture.Oversee transportation processes to ensure customer satisfaction, minimize costs, and reduce delivery times.Supervise site maintenance, statutory compliance, and the general upkeep of the building and grounds.Who are you?Proven success in managing logistics functions.Experience in facilities management and transportation.Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, safe systems, and compliance requirements.Strong leadership and team management skills with excellent communication abilities.Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and drive performance.Problem-solving mindset with quick decision-making skills.Excellent business English skills (B2 / C1 level).What do we offer?Highly competitive salary – CLA Commercio – Quadro classification.Profit-sharing bonus.Generous training and development budget.Company car.Want to join us?If you are challenged by this role and meet the requirements, we want to hear from you!
