OverviewAs Head of Marketing CSL Seqirus Italy, you will lead the marketing team in the Commercial Operations Italy organization. You will ensure a robust analytical base for strategic decisions, designing, developing and implementing marketing strategies to support the organization's products. You will use specific marketing strategies and channels to launch and position products, identifying and implementing marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with internal sales and other stakeholders. To be successful in this role you will enjoy a coaching style with your team, as well delivering operationally as part of position.ResponsibilitiesStrategyResponsible for development of Brand Strategies, value proposition and marketing plans ensuring the tactical executions of the plan in Italy, consistency in brand messaging, compliance in promotional activities and gather insights to improve or create new marketing programsDrive the strategic and brand planning processes for CSL Seqirus portfolioSet brand objectives for CSL Seqirus products that will help achieve overall business objectivesDevelop communications strategy and cross-functional activity plan for target segments / customersLead the execution of marketing tactics, obtain approval through appropriate copy-clearance committees, ensure full compliance as outlined by the CSL Seqirus SOP on promotional materialsManage relationship with advertising agencies, provide feedback on copy and creatives consistent with the brand promise and strategyDrive congress execution, partnering with external agencies around booth development and logistics, key customer events, symposium, product presentations, etc.Monitor short and long-term market trends that impact brand and continuously identify opportunities and gaps to feed into the strategic and tactical brand plansDevelop KPIs and measure impact of programs on revenue (ROI) and other objectivesEnsure the best SoV of CSL Seqirus among the Digital EcosystemsGrowth DeliveryResponsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by partnering with the sales team at national / regional / local levelSupport the implementation of strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures strong presenceDevelops and maintains long term relationships with key customers, opinion leaders and other groups influencing the health systemSupports Customer Service and Tender Team to capture customer feedback and / or requests, and respond to them in a timely mannerMonitor customer satisfaction to ensure customer experience is consistent with brand promiseDrive setup, deployment and maintenance of customized CRM to streamline marketing and field activitiesPerform ad hoc analysis of market data and sales performance, as neededMonitor competitive intelligence and competitor activities, and make appropriate recommendations, as neededDevelop & implement the Digital Transformation in CSL Seqirus ItalyPartner with Medical Affairs, Regional and National Access & KAMs Team to ensure business objective alignmentSupport the development and execution of portfolio-based programsEnsure the alignment of marketing and medical strategies to achieve overall business objectivesCollaborate with cross functional team to deliver Strategic PlanCollaborate with cross functional team to deliver regional plansSupport other cross-functional portfolio related activitiesCoordinate with Demand Planning the product supply and set accurate rolling forecastsMonitor inventory during the sales seasonCoordinate with Regulatory Affairs the in-country batch release processSupport Customer Service and Tender Office for any product-related needDeliver oral and written communications, develop and make presentations to commercial management, the sales force, and other internal groups and stakeholders, as neededSupport all aspects of promotional expenses management and ensure the budget complianceEnsure compliance to Procurement policies of external agenciesQualifications, Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Life Sciences or Business / Marketing.
