Overview
As Head of Marketing CSL Seqirus Italy, you will lead the marketing team in Commercial Operations Italy organization. You will ensure a robust analytical base for strategic decisions, designing developing and implementing marketing strategies to support the organization's products. You will use specific marketing strategies and channels to launch and position products, identifying and implementing marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with internal sales and other stakeholders. To be successful in this role you will enjoy a coaching style with your team, as well delivering operationally as part of position.
Responsibilities
Strategy

Responsible for development of Brand Strategies, value proposition and marketing plans ensuring the tactical executions of the plan in Italy, consistency in brand messaging, compliance in promotional activities and gather insights to improve or create new marketing programs
Drive the strategic and brand planning processes for CSL Seqirus portfolio
Set brand objectives for CSL Seqirus products that will help achieve overall business objectives
Develop communications strategy and cross-functional activity plan for target segments / customers
Lead the execution of marketing tactics, obtain approval through appropriate copy-clearance committees, ensure full compliance as outlined by the CSL Seqirus SOP on promotional materials
Manage relationship with advertising agencies, provide feedback on copy and creatives consistent with the brand promise and strategy
Drive congress execution, partnering with external agencies around booth development and logistics, key customer events, symposium, product presentations, etc.
Monitor short and long-term market trends that impact brand and continuously identify opportunities and gaps to feed into the strategic and tactical brand plans
Develop KPIs and measure impact of programs on revenue (ROI) and other objectives
Ensure the best SoV of CSL Seqirus among the Digital Ecosystems

Growth Delivery

Responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by partnering with the sales team at national/regional/local level
Support the implementation of strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures strong presence
Develops and maintains long term relationships with key customers, opinion leaders and other groups influencing the health system
Supports Customer Service and Tender Team to capture customer feedback and/or requests, and respond to them in a timely manner
Monitor customer satisfaction to ensure customer experience is consistent with brand promise
Drive setup, deployment and maintenance of customized CRM to streamline marketing and field activities
Perform ad hoc analysis of market data and sales performance, as needed
Monitor competitive intelligence and competitor activities, and make appropriate recommendations, as needed
Develop & implement the Digital Transformation in CSL Seqirus Italy
Partner with Medical Affairs, Regional and National Access & KAMs Team to ensure business objective alignment
Support the development and execution of portfolio-based programs
Ensure the alignment of marketing and medical strategies to achieve overall business objectives
Collaborate with cross functional team to deliver Strategic Plan
Collaborate with cross functional team to deliver regional plans
Support other cross-functional portfolio related activities
Coordinate with Demand Planning the product supply and set accurate rolling forecasts
Monitor inventory during the sales season
Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs the in-country batch release process
Support Customer Service and Tender Office for any product-related need
Deliver oral and written communications, develop and make presentations to commercial management, the sales force, and other internal groups and stakeholders, as needed
Support all aspects of promotional expenses management and ensure the budget compliance
Ensure compliance to Procurement policies of external agencies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Life Sciences or Business/Marketing. MBA a plus.
English proficiency
10+ years' pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry experience mostly in commercial roles
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
Experienced in leading and managing teams
Experienced in successful product launches
Experience in Vaccine Market will be a plus
