Sensory Design is an AI-driven Innovation Lab blending creativity, technology, and human emotion. We create products and experiences where artificial intelligence meets design: from Feelkits (multisensory experiences) to Alteryon (AI Avatars), our new platform for creating lifelike digital ambassadors. Following the official launch of Alteryon on November 2025, we are entering a scale-up phase and opening a key role for an entrepreneurial Head of Growth to drive our next stage of expansion.
Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Head of Growth to lead the go-to-market strategy, manage acquisition channels, and accelerate the commercial growth of Sensory Design's AI products in Europe (initial focus: DACH region and Italy). This is a results-based, high-impact role, ideal for someone with strong growth, marketing, or business development skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This is not a traditional job, it's a partnership opportunity for someone who wants to grow a next-generation AI brand from the inside out.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute Sensory Design's growth strategy across key products (Alteryon, Feelkits, and other services)
Identify, test, and scale acquisition channels (B2B, partnerships, digital campaigns, outbound)
Collaborate with the founder and creative/AI teams to refine value propositions and positioning
Track performance metrics, optimise conversion rates, and manage pipeline growth
Contribute to revenue generation directly (hands‑on approach, not only strategic)
Support future expansion and spin‑off of Sensory Design within our ecosystem
Requirements
Proven experience in growth marketing, business development, or sales for tech, SaaS, or creative AI solutions
Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action
Ability to operate autonomously and deliver measurable results
Fluency in English (Italian and/or German are a plus)
Familiarity with early‑stage environments and performance‑based structures
