In fact, we are a global family made up of different cultures, different genders, generations, ethnicities, abilities, sexual identities and many other enriching diversities.Chiesi Global Manufacturing DivisionChiesi Group has three production plants: Parma (Italy), Blois-La Chaussée Saint Victor plant (France), and Santana de Parnaiba (Brazil).PurposeWithin the Global Quality Operations department, we are seeking a Life Cycle Quality Head to lead and oversee quality operations management across our manufacturing facilities and laboratories.Main ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Quality operations Management: Support to oversee and ensure the consistent quality of products manufactured across our Chiesi Farmaceutici SPA sites.Cross-Site Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Quality Directors at each site to address common challenges.Collaboration with Compliance: Work alongside the Compliance teams to ensure that quality standards meet internal and regulatory requirements.Strategic Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to drive a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization.Experience RequiredMinimum of 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.Experience with EU, US and rest of the World Authorities (EMA, FDA..)EducationDegree in scientific disciplinesLanguagesFluent in English spoken languageProven ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct content in EnglishSkills RequiredStrong Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple sites.Excellent Communication: Outstanding relationship-building skills, with the capacity to communicate complex quality issues clearly to various stakeholders.Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze processes, foresee challenges, and implement effective solutions that enhance overall quality performanceSoft SkillsLeadership and social influencePlanning and organizational skillsQuality orientationCommunication skillsStrategic thinkingWhat we offerYou would join a dynamic, fast-growing, challenging and friendly environment.
