OverviewReporting to the Chief Financial Officer, main responsibilities will be: Develop and lead the company's business mission. Spot new fundraising opportunities Plan fundraising initiatives to help the organization meet financial goals Form strong relationships with external stakeholders Manage relationships outside the company in the equity research and investor community. Build investor relations channels to strategic, value-added or financial investors Direct the positioning of the company’s financial reporting activities, including quarterly statements, and shareholder materials. Manage quarterly conference calls. Serve as an advisor and strategic resource to the CFO, COO, and other senior leaders on issues involving the public distribution of financial, strategic and other material disclosures.Requisitos:
