OverviewVirgin Fibra Head of Platform Architecture and Engineering is responsible for the planning, design, development, and maintenance of the Virgin Fibra technology platform, ensuring its alignment to the business strategy and needs. The role reports to the CTO and coordinates with all functions of the company to ensure technology solutions are properly developed and operating in good order. The position requires clear, transparent communication and active adoption of Virgin Values and Environmental, Social and Governance commitments.Main Activities & ResponsibilitiesDefines the Company Platform Architecture vision, strategies, solutions and roadmap to better support and enable the business strategy, ensuring a future-proof technology landscapeDefines the technology organization and the operating modelAdvocates and leads the use of standard software engineering delivery methodologies, ensuring strong business engagement and adoptionManages the Platform maintenance to ensure the business is running and the on-time execution of the Platform development projectsManages the platform financials: long term plan, yearly budget, forecasts and actualsAnalyzes the current business and IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvementWorks closely with the CTO and the other Technology functions (Platform operation, Demand Management, Cyber Security) and with the business functions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Operations, Finance, HR)Manages proactive, open and good relations with all the Virgin Fibra stakeholdersCore Skills and Knowledge5 years of relevant experience in a similar roleB2C businesses and related technology platform solutionsB2C CRM and Subscription PlatformsCloud platforms and related operating models and processesPreferred CRM solutions: Salesforce, Zuora, Mulesoft, Adobe, AWSPreferred industry experience: Telco and OTT MediaExpertise in Agile methodologies and software engineering life cyclesProgram and Project managementManagement experience in growing organizationsLeadership & CollaborationContract & BenefitsContratto di lavoro : Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminatoStipendio : a partire da €70.000,00 all\'annoBenefit :Lavoro da casaOrario flessibileOrario : Dal lunedì al venerdìLingua : Inglese (Obbligatorio)
