Main Responsibilities

Engineering Projects

Develop and execute the Site Master Plan,
Lead strategic engineering initiatives and investment activities,
Ensure GMP compliance and support HSE requirements


Reliability & Maintenance

Implement state-of-the-art maintenance systems,
Drive predictive & maintenance strategies,
Optimize manufacturing processes using LEAN, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies,
Budget management and cost control


Utilities, Infrastructure & Sustainability

Manage critical systems (PW, clean compressed air, HVAC, WWT, Boilers, Chillers)
Drive & Promote energy efficiency initiatives and sustainable engineering practices


Automation & Digital Systems

Enhance automation and control systems (PLC, SCADA, BMS/EMS, AGVs/robots)
Drive innovation with IoT, digital twins, and AI technologies, Ensure data integrity compliance for computerized systems


Compliance, Quality & HSE

Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO standards, and regulations and Lead safety programs and promote a culture of quality and safety



Competenze ed esperienza
Qualifications & Experience Requirements

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
Preferred: Six Sigma certification
10+ years of Engineering/Maintenance experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Preferred : Experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Packaging Operations
International experience is highly valued

Other

Excellent communication and influencing skills to lead and manage diverse resources
