We are a global movement, driving the future of Intelligent Payment technology.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategize and ensure the achievement of sales targets, revenue, profit margin, and payment collections.Develop new key clients and foster strong relationships (EU or UK region) to maximize solution sales and customer satisfaction. Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and organize localized marketing campaigns to generate leads.Engage with existing and potential clients and stakeholders (owners, partners, banks, government bodies, etc.) to win new business and grow existing customer accounts.Maintain a focus on target improvement, sales cadence, pipeline creation, forecasting, and market expertise.Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports in CRM, including quotations, sales forecasts, delivery/backlog, inventory, collections, and expenses.Collaborate with global sales, pre-sales, and R&D teams (based in China) to support local clients.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in a global company.Experience in the digital payment industry is highly advantageous.Strong analytical, organizational skills, and commercial acumen.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Proficiency in English and French or German (spoken and written).Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.Willingness to travel as required.
