Context :
As Head of CRM you will streamline CRM infrastructure across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other departments. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of CRM systems ( HubSpot ), from implementation and governance to training and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment : Develop and lead CRM strategy to align with corporate and departmental objectives, ensuring seamless automation and data flow.
Full CRM Administration Oversight : Manage system configuration, user permissions, data hygiene, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
Analytics & Performance Leadership : Build dashboards, monitor CRM health (data quality, segmentation), and optimize performance through insights.
People Leadership & Organizational Development : Grow and guide the CRM operations team, refine processes, and elevate cross-functional collaboration and efficiency.
Key skills and requirements :
Educational Background : Bachelor's or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience : Minimum 5 years in CRM or marketing operations leadership, ideally with full experience in HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Service Hubs).
Technical Proficiency : HubSpot Certified; adept in marketing automation, data segmentation, and CRM analytics.
Soft Skills : Strategic thinker, strong communicator, operationally disciplined, collaborative.
Proficient in English, both in written and verbal communication.
Additional proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
