Your Contribution:
This position leads the Controlling team, acting as a strategic business partner to regional and global management, with a focus on financial planning, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Lead and develop the Controlling team by enhancing capabilities, ensuring effective collaboration, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Act as a strategic business partner to EMEA regional and global management, providing financial insights to support decision-making and long-term planning.
Manage monthly closing processes in local systems (SAP, MARS), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with corporate standards.
Coordinate and consolidate financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across all European entities.
Prepare comprehensive management reporting packages and presentations for regular and ad-hoc reviews, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
Oversee cost structure management, including cost center planning, headcount and personnel cost analysis, and CAPEX monitoring and approval.
Define and analyze production costs, including BOM setup, standard cost calculations, and margin impact assessments through variance analysis.
Ensure strong internal controls and compliance, support audits and implement measures to mitigate financial and operational risks.
Drive and manage key projects, such as SAP S/4 HANA implementation and development of standardized controlling tools and processes.
Support business case development for new product launches, investments, market entries, and M&A activities, ensuring financial viability and alignment with strategic goals.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in controlling, finance, accounting, or budgeting roles.
Fluent in English; Italian as a native language is required.
Proven experience in multinational environments, preferably within the automotive manufacturing sector.
Strong proficiency in SAP, ideally within Aftermarket and Manufacturing modules.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team setting.
High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
