Head of Construction, Europe (Renewables IPP)
We are looking for an experienced Head of Construction to lead the delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects across Europe, with a primary focus on Italy. As part of a global IPP with an expanding portfolio of solar and storage projects, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of sustainable energy infrastructure.
What You’ll Do

Take full ownership of construction operations for solar PV and BESS projects in Europe, ensuring timely delivery and top-quality standards.
Support business development by evaluating new technologies and markets, and assist the development team from permitting through Notice to Proceed (NTP).
Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of EPC projects, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions when needed.
Manage budgets, analyze variances, and ensure cost efficiency across all projects.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary construction team, including Project Managers and Site Supervisors.
Develop strategies to optimize construction costs and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and uphold the highest safety and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing EPC projects in the renewable energy sector.
Strong knowledge of construction regulations and practices in Italy.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
