We are a dynamic, multinational team focused on climate impact and growth across all project life cycle stages.Job Description: Enfinity Global is seeking a Head of Construction with a team player approach and extensive knowledge of PV plant construction in Italy. The Head of Construction will be responsible for supporting active projects in Italy during construction and related commissioning activities.ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility for Enfinity Global's construction operations in Europe, with a main focus on Italy.Lead support for the Business Development team to explore new technologies and countries, and support the Development team from the Single Authorization to Notice to Proceed (NTP).Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of solar/BESS EPC projects in Italy, ensuring project goals are met and maintaining high-quality standards.Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.Manage project costs, analyze variances, and take corrective actions to stay within budget.Lead the construction team (Project Managers and Site Supervisors), providing support, guidance, and mentoring.Develop and implement new strategies to reduce construction costs in the Italian portfolio.Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process.RequirementsEngineering degree (preferable).Proven experience in managing business operations and overseeing EPC projects in the renewable energy sector.In-depth knowledge of construction regulations and practices in Italy.Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.Excellent planning, time management, and problem-solving skills.Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.BenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePension PlanPaid Time OffWork From HomeTraining & DevelopmentPerformance BonusCompany CarOther DetailsSeniority level: ExecutiveEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: IT Services and IT ConsultingVisit www.enfinity.global to discover more about our culture and values.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Enfinity Global.
