About the Role
We are looking for a Head Hostess / Head Host who will set the tone from the moment guests arrive. As the first point of contact for our opening at Corinthia Rome with Carlo Cracco, you will embody elegance, warmth, and impeccable communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage reservations, guest flow, and seating
Welcome guests with confidence and grace
Maintain an organized, luxury‑standard reception
Coordinate with FOH to ensure smooth transitions
Communicate timings and expectations with clarity
What We’re Looking For
Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Naturally elegant, composed, and guest‑oriented
Fluency in English is mandatory; Symphony is a plus
Proactive mindset and desire to support a young team
