The diversity of our talents makes our work environment multicultural, innovative, and highly rewarding.About the RoleReporting to the HCO CFO function, the Country Chief Financial Officer will report to the HCO Head of Italy and will act as a business partner to the General Manager and the management committee. The role involves driving performance management, key decision-making, resource allocation, strategy formulation, and implementation. The HCO CFO will be a key member of the Management Board, steering short and long-term business performance, leading risk management and governance processes in the region/country, and coordinating financial planning and controlling activities.The responsibilities include:Coordinating the budget process, collecting inputs, and comparing actual performance against targets.Supporting central HCO Controlling on industrial costs analysis.Analyzing industrial variances and driving cost-saving initiatives.Managing cash flow budgets and forecasts, and monitoring Capex spending.Ensuring proper funding and dividend flow management in coordination with Group Treasury and Finance.Improving monthly results reporting and managing financial reporting processes.Managing assurance processes and relationships with Corporate Audit.Understanding and mitigating key risk elements, maintaining internal controls, and risk management processes.Ensuring tax compliance and managing relationships with Tax Authorities.Implementing finance transformational projects under central guidance.Supporting Governance, Risk & Compliance activities in line with Group standards.Building and maintaining relationships with external advisors.Who we are looking forThe ideal candidate will have:A degree in Economics, Finance, or Statistics.Relevant experience in financial planning.Strong analytical skills and business acumen.Advanced proficiency in SAP or other major ERP systems, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, BPC / TPM / BI, HFM, and Essbase.Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and critical thinking.Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.International mobility.How to be successful in the role and at FerreroSuccess at Ferrero requires being consumer and product-centric, dedicated to delivering exceptional results for consumers worldwide.Requisition ID: 60124Job function: Finance, Administration & ControlCountry: ItalyCity: Caprarola (VT)Sharethis job
