Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Hangar Support Staff (Aircraft Maintenance Helper) located in Rome. The role involves assisting in maintenance operations, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of aircraft maintenance activities on a day-to-day basis under the supervision of the Engineering and Certifying Staff Team. The role includes shift work on a 5on-3off/5on-2off or 10on-5off pattern.
Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Knowledge of Safeguarding procedures
Previous experience in equipment or aircraft maintenance
Ability to work effectively in a team
Degree or certification in Aviation Maintenance or related field (desired)
Strong problem-solving skills
