DXC Technology is looking for Hadoop Administrator to join Analytics offering.
Responsibilities

Install, configure and maintain Hadoop clusters/ecosystem in Linux environment to ensure high availability, optimal performance and security.
Deploy, manage and monitor Hadoop clusters using Cloudera Manager or Apache Ambari or Ganglia Nagios.
Monitor connectivity and security. Maintain HDFS and providing necessary supports.
Work closely with database, network and software developers to support data processing and big data applications.

Qualifications

At least 3 Y experience in the role.
Strong Linux system administration skills and knowledge of HDFS, YARN, MapReduce, Hive, Pig.
Good troubleshooting skills, understanding of system’s capacity and bottlenecks.
Previous experience on Financial Services will be considered preferable.
