Overview
The GV Coordination Manager supports a major global client in managing media activities. The role guarantees excellent account management and contributes to client satisfaction.
It collaborates with international teams, fostering strong and effective relationships, supports development of high‑quality media campaigns, contributes to coordination and implementation of daily brand activities3>Responsibilities
Coordinate global activities, collaborating with markets to ensure proper handling of client needs.
Implement existing processes and workflows, ensuring local teams follow assigned tasks and providing clear briefings and campaign expectations.
Facilitate effective communication with international teams, organizing and leading regular meetings to build solid relationships.
Serve as a client reference point, building trust through constant communication and active collaboration.
Take ownership of the brand, adding value through a practical and proactive approach.
Maintain deep knowledge of key media planning elements (briefing, responses, media role, reporting, results) to guide strategic discussions.
Manage all global brand activities, from planning to budget tracking to campaign result evaluation.
Work in an organized, process‑oriented manner, ensuring deadlines and correct management of plans and briefs.
Collaborate with internal teams in planning, reporting, analytics and performance measurement.
Qualifications
Professional Experience
Over 6 years of agency experience.
Experience in managing omnichannel campaigns.
Experience in global/international settings.
Solid understanding of the digital media ecosystem.
Experience managing other resources.
Experience in luxury or retail sector (preferred but not mandatory).
Strategic background.
Preferred prior agency experience; client‑side experience also considered.
Technical Skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Data management skills (reading and interpretation).
Project management skills.
Soft Skills
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong communication skills.
Problem‑solving attitude.
Team spirit and willingness to provide operational support when needed.
Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changes.
Effective time and priority management, even in global contexts with differing time zones.
Languages
Fluent English (indispensable for a global role).
Knowledge of Italian.
