We’ll train you in all aspects of luxury front‑of‑house operations, from Opera Cloud to LQA and Forbes standards.
You’ll gain confidence in guest service, concierge know‑how, communication, and cross‑department collaboration.

What we’re looking for

Experience in a luxury hotel front office or concierge role
Fluency in Italian and English is essential; another language is a bonus
Familiarity with Opera Cloud PMS is ideal
You’re warm, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoy helping others
You’re open, adaptable, and ready to dive into the exciting energy of a pre‑opening
You’re hungry to learn and happy to teach
And above all: you bring your heart to work every single day
