Your opportunity
The Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a new Guest Personal Assistant, being based at our Mall in Firenze.
The Guest Personal Assistant will provide the Welcome Lounge team with essential support, ensuring a smooth client experience and collaborating in tracking clients visiting The Mall Firenze. The person will work in a very dynamic context, guaranteeing the best shopping experience for our clients.
How you will contribute
Welcome clients visiting The Mall Luxury Outlets and provide excellent customer service.
Support clients as a personal shopper, when requested.
Record individual travelers and groups using The Mall Luxury Outlets’ digital tools.
Handle client requests received via email and phone, coordinating with the Tourism Marketing Team.
Coordinate with The Mall Luxury Outlets partners to help ensure service standards are respected.
Check the In Mall image and its alignment with The Mall Luxury Outlet guidelines, sharing updates with the Marketing team.
Present and sell The Mall Luxury Outlets Collection, supporting product storytelling and collecting sales and client feedback.
Assist with the loyalty program by inviting clients to subscribe, explaining points accumulation, and managing rewards redemption.
Whoyouare
An organized, yet flexible multi‑tasking person.
A professional with proven relational skills, hospitality & luxury background will be considered a plus.
A fluent English and Italian speaker. Chinese, Russian or Korean will be considered a big plus.
A team player willing to be part of a larger group with common goals.
A proactive person, with a positive approach.
Expert user of MS Office Suite.
