Job Purpose:
You’ll be the operational heart of our performance marketing efforts – working closely with our agency partner, coordinating with our internal design team, and ensuring everything runs efficiently from campaign planning to performance reporting.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Daily Operations

Monitor and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
Collaborate with Incubata on testing, bidding strategies, and budget allocation
Identify opportunities and act on them quickly

Creative Coordination

Brief our brand designer on campaign asset needs
Coordinate with external video partners when required
Build a smooth pipeline from creative brief to live campaign
Run performance tests on creative variants

Analytics & Reporting

Maintain performance dashboards for daily monitoring
Deliver weekly insights and recommendations to leadership
Manage attribution tracking within compliance requirements
Report on progress toward growth goals

Organic Growth Initiatives

Develop SEO strategy to build organic acquisition channel
Explore AI Engine Optimization (AEO) for emerging search platforms
Work with content freelancers on SEO‑optimized content

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Experience:

3‑5 years in performance marketing with hands‑on campaign management
Strong track record with Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
Experience working with marketing agencies
Proven ability to manage and optimize significant media budgets
Comfort with data and analytics – you make decisions based on what the numbers tell you

Nice to Have:

Banking or fintech background
Video production experience or partner management
SEO knowledge
Advanced analytics capabilities (SQL, etc.)

Working Style:

Independent and self‑motivated
Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes as you go
Strong communicator who can coordinate across teams
Based in Italy with flexibility to travel monthly to Switzerland

This is a remote role based in Italy with monthly visits to our Geneva and Zurich offices. You’ll be joining a small, high‑performing team where your impact will be visible and valued.
We’re a Swiss bank, which means compliance and regulatory requirements are part of the landscape. Things sometimes move slower than in pure tech, but we’ve built a culture that values speed and execution within those constraints.
You’ll work closely with our performance agency – we believe in partnering with specialists and having strong internal operators who can drive them effectively.
